IQOS Device Functionality.
The IQOS kit comes with two devices. The first is the ‘Holder’ which holds and heats the HEETS (Tobacco sticks). The second is the ‘Pocket Charger’ which holds and charges the Holder prior to each use. The Holder must be charged by the Pocket Charger prior to each use. The Pocket Charger must be charged after each 20 uses of the Holder.
How To Use IQOS.
This is the most important section and we strongly advise reading this step-by-step guide thoroughly before your first use.
Step 1: Charge
Insert the Holder into the Pocket Charger as shown above. Press the Pocket Charger Power Button to switch ON IQOS. The Holder is charged and ready for use. Remove it from the Pocket Charger.
Notes: 1 of the 4 lights on the Pocket Charger Batter Status represents 5 charges available for the Holder (20 in total). If you leave the Holder charging too long the Pocket Charger may turn off, when you turn it back on the Holder should be charged.
Step 2: Insert
Insert the tobacco stick into the Holder up to the printed line as shown above. Never twist the tobacco stick.
Notes: If you twist the tobacco stick once it is in the holder this can easily break the Heater Blade inside.
Step 3: Heat
Press and hold the Heating Button until the light flashes green. When the light turns solid green you have 6 minutes or 14 puffs, whichever comes first. When the light turns solid orange you have reached the last 30 seconds or last 2 puffs, after which it will automatically switch off.
Notes: Once the solid green light comes on and the Holder is ready to go, DO NOT click the Heating Button again as this will turn it off and waste the tobacco stick. Just start puffing.
Step 4: Remove

It is normal to notice some discoloration of the tobacco stick after use. Dispose of as normal household waste. Holder back in the Pocket Charger. It takes up to minutes to charge again.
Notes: DO NOT remove the tobacco stick from the device before removing the cap. This will cause tobacco to be left inside the device which requires extensive cleaning.
